Spiritual, that is a word that many of us have heard probably more than once. Some times it can be derogatory and other times it can be a compliment. But as Christians, do we understand the Biblical reference of “spiritual”.

Recently the following scripture came to mind and I had to ask myself, what is the definition of “spiritual”

Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. – Galatians 6:1

This is an outline of a few studies that go deeper into our curiosity and bring a lot of clarity to my understanding of Biblical Spirituality.

Biblical spirituality is not about intensity, emotion, or supernatural display—it is about a life regenerated by Christ, indwelt by the Holy Spirit, governed by truth, and producing fruit that glorifies God.
